Mali ured, sustavan pristup
ZPX Engineering
osnovan je 2026. godine u Velikoj Gorici, s fokusom na
konstrukcijsko projektiranje masivnih drvenih (CLT/glulam),
betonskih i hibridnih konstrukcija za tržišta Hrvatske,
Slovenije, Austrije i Njemačke.
Ured vodi
Zvonimir Perić,
ovlašteni građevinski inženjer, koji je prije osnivanja ZPX-a
stekao iskustvo u nekoliko različitih inženjerskih okruženja -
od Instituta građevinarstva Hrvatske, preko KEVEE – Visionary
Engineers, do Amazon Web Servicesa, gdje je sudjelovao u
projektiranju zgrada, infrastrukturnih objekata te nosivih
konstrukcija hyperscale data centara.

Zašto je data centar drugačiji inženjerski zadatak
Kod data centra ključna je bliska suradnja i međusobno
razumijevanje svih struka u projektu. Konstrukcija se ne
projektira sama za sebe - ona prati i podupire procese koji se
odvijaju unutar objekta, a to je moguće samo ako se struke
razumiju i rade zajedno od prve faze.
Data centri sadrže veliku količinu opreme instalirane u visokoj
gustoći, što izravno određuje opterećenja, rasporede i
konstrukcijske detalje. Efikasnost je zbog toga mjerilo kroz
cijeli proces projektiranja - cilj nije samo projektirati
konstrukciju, nego razviti konstrukciju koja učinkovito podupire
procese, opremu i zahtjeve cijelog objekta.

Podatke prikupljamo isključivo kada nam ih dobrovoljno pošaljete putem

Kontakt obrazac na stranici omogućuje isključivo upis tekstualnog upita,
bez mogućnosti prilaganja datoteka. Ako nam nacrte, tlocrte ili
projektnu dokumentaciju pošaljete naknadno putem e-maila, prema takvoj
dokumentaciji postupamo kao prema
strogoj poslovnoj tajni.
Pristup imaju isključivo inženjeri zaduženi za analizu vašeg projekta.
Vaši nacrti nikada se neće javno objavljivati niti ustupati trećim
osobama bez vaše izričite pisane suglasnosti.
4. Primatelji podataka i vanjski pružatelji usluga
Vaše podatke ne prodajemo niti ustupamo trećim stranama u marketinške
svrhe. Podaci mogu biti dostupni pružateljima tehničkih usluga koje
koristimo za rad stranice i komunikaciju, isključivo u mjeri potrebnoj
za pružanje te usluge.

Inc., SAD. Stranica je smještena na Netlifyjevim poslužiteljima, koji
pri svakom posjetu tehnički obrađuju vašu IP adresu i osnovne podatke
o pregledniku.

adresa i tekst upita) prosljeđuju se preko usluge Formspree na naš
e-mail, a Formspree ih privremeno pohranjuje u svom sustavu.

Business (Outlook) – Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. Prema
Microsoftovim ugovornim uvjetima (Data Protection Addendum) i EU Data
Boundary programu, obrada podataka za poslovne pretplate po zadanim se
postavkama odvija unutar Europske unije.
Ako je odabrani pružatelj usluge smješten izvan Europskog gospodarskog
prostora, prijenos podataka temelji se na odgovarajućim zaštitnim
mjerama (standardne ugovorne klauzule Europske komisije ili odluka o
primjerenosti), sukladno čl. 44.–49. GDPR-a.
5. Kolačići (Cookies) i vanjski resursi
Ova web stranica ne koristi kolačiće za praćenje niti marketinške
kolačiće trećih strana. Stranica je dostupna na hrvatskom, engleskom i
njemačkom jeziku; za pamćenje vašeg odabira jezika koristi se tehnički
nužna lokalna pohrana preglednika (localStorage), za što prema važećim propisima nije potrebna privola.
Svi fontovi pohranjeni su na našem poslužitelju i učitavaju se izravno
s ove stranice. Prilikom njihova učitavanja ne uspostavlja se veza s
vanjskim servisima za fontove (npr. Google Fonts) niti im se prenosi
vaša IP adresa.
6. Razdoblje čuvanja podataka
Podaci i upiti zaprimljeni putem kontakt obrasca čuvaju se onoliko
koliko je potrebno za izradu ponude i tehničku komunikaciju (maksimalno
6 do 12 mjeseci od
završetka komunikacije, ako ne dođe do sklapanja posla).
U slučaju sklapanja ugovora o projektiranju, projektna dokumentacija
čuva se najmanje
10 godina od predaje i
primitka radova, sukladno čl. 633. Zakona o obveznim odnosima (NN 35/05,
41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18), kojim je propisana odgovornost projektanta
i izvođača za bitne zahtjeve za građevinu ("solidnost građevine") u tom
razdoblju. Računovodstvena dokumentacija čuva se sukladno rokovima
propisanim Zakonom o računovodstvu.
7. Vaša prava prema GDPR-u
U svakom trenutku imate pravo zatražiti pristup svojim osobnim podacima,
ispravak, brisanje ("pravo na zaborav"), ograničenje obrade te pravo na
